ATTENTION: PROCEDURES FOR PAYING FOR RECORDINGS: Due to the difficulties in keeping up with and locating recording fee checks, we have put new procedures in place, which have been approved by the Region 18 Executive Committee. The recording fees are to be included with your UIL Contest Entry Fee and State Fee. To make all of this easier, once you have finalized your entries online, you will be able to "Review Entries" and on that page you can view/print your invoice. All fees will be included on that invoice for you to submit to your bookkeeper for payment. You may have a combined check for all groups entering the same contest. However, DO NOT combine groups attending different contests, in the same check. Please inform your bookkeeper of this policy!! ALL CHECKS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO UIL MUSIC REGION 18.
