PROCEDURES FOR PAYING FOR RECORDINGS:

The recording fees are to be included with your UIL Contest Entry Fee and State Fee. To make all of this easier, once you have finalized your entries online, you will be able to “Review Entries” and on that page you can view/print your invoice. All fees will be included on that invoice for you to submit to your bookkeeper for payment. You may have a combined check for all groups entering the same contest. However, DO NOT combine groups attending different contests, in the same check. Please inform your bookkeeper of this policy!!
