ATTENTION: PROCEDURES FOR PAYING FOR RECORDINGS
These procedures are still in effect for 2008.
Recording companies have had a hard time trying to collect on all of their services. Therefore, we are trying to help them out. It is imperative that you process your payment for your recording, well in advance of each contest. This year, we are asking that you send in your check for your recording(s) with your entry forms. However, the check is to be made payable to the company who will be recording your contest, NOT to UIL Music Region 18. You will not receive a recording unless it has been paid for in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this procedure.
