Constitution and Contest Rules Book for all information concerning Region Marching Contest, Area Marching Contest, and the State Marching Contest. PARENT/STUDENT UIL MARCHING BAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM: Must be on file with the school principal, or his designee, prior to marching competition.
