ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & REQUIRED FORMS:
Please read your 2011-2012 U.I.L. Constitution and Contest Rules Book for all information concerning Region Marching Contest, Area Marching Contest, and the State Marching Contest.

PARENT/STUDENT UIL MARCHING BAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM: Must be on file with the school principal, or his designee, prior to marching competition. One form per student, to be kept on file throughout their high school career. (REQUIRED FOR ALL CONFERENCES)

STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE: Required by U.I.L. prior to your marching competition. Please complete this form and return it with your entries by the entry deadline date. (REQUIRED FOR ALL CONFERENCES)

LETTER OF INTENT: For those groups wishing to be included in the selection of bands advancing to the Area competition. (REQUIRED FOR 1A, 2A & 4A ONLY, in 2011)

CONTEST SCRIPT: Required prior to your marching competition. (REQUIRED FOR ALL CONFERENCES)
