MUST ENTER ONLY IN THE VOCAL SOLO & ENSEMBLE CONTEST, ON FEBRUARY 3. THIS IS THE ONLY SITE.
Must register at texasmusicforms.com as CHOIR DIRECTOR, in order to enter properly.

Once you have completed your online entry, click on "Review Entries" and you will be able to view and/or print your forms, including the Invoice Form 1A.
